Can I return these shoes to Macys?????

Ok.....I broke down and bought a pair of really cute shoes, tried them on, they felt fine in the store. I wore them out to dinner with my husband and they KILLED my feet. Ethier my feet grew or these shoes run small. So my question is, can I return them for a bigger size???? I paid $116.00, so therefore I dont wanna just let them sit in my closet. I still have the receipt and box. The bottoms are slightly scuffed,other than that they are perfect,I only wore them for a few hours. I usually dont spend that much on shoes so I dont want them to go to waste!

Can I return these shoes to Macys?????
Go back to Macy's and tell them what happened, that you were wearing them for literally a few hours and they really hurt your feet. If they dont let you exchange them then ask to speak to the manager. If the manager refuses to exchange then tell them you're writing to head office. Works every time :)

Reply:You can try but they usually check the bottoms of the shoes for scuff marks and a lot of times won't accept them. But it's worth a try if they are not too scuffed up.

Reply:Yes you should be able to. Just wipe down the bottoms. Macy's isn't usually so strict, plus you're doing an even exchange so it should be fine.
