I would give their customer care a call, tell them what happened, take a pic of the shoes and box for evidence, and then they will probably ask you to send them back and give you either another pair of shoes, or a refund.

Reply:Get online and check the return policy! Or call the customer service hotline!

Reply:Go to Target online to find out if you have to return it by mail or to the store. If it is allowed to go to the store, the site will give you a print out to take with you.


I bought shoes recently from there as well and I had to print out a return slip to take with me to the store.
Reply:send them back and get your money back or get a new pair of shoes
Reply:return them and check "damaged" on the slip
Reply:well, first of all see if you can maybe dry it and try putting the sole back together. if that still doesn't work then just return the shoe. i am sure if u ask they will give u another pair of shoes!
