What are the best pointe shoes for me?

I tried Grishko 2007 and they are too hard for me to get on the box.

%26gt;I have short toes

%26gt;somewhat taperd toes (second toe the biggest)

%26gt;medium width

%26gt;low arch

What are the best pointe shoes for me?
You will still need a fitting, but from what youve said, you may like the bloch sonata or gambas. You may also like the capezio contempora.
Reply:My feet are like yours, except for my arch is high. I have chachott veronese and they are PERFECT for my feet, i would defenitly reccomend them to anyone with tapered toes since they have a tapered box. They also have a low vamp which is good for short toes.

I wouldnt get capezio glisse since it has a high vamp which isnt good for short toes.

Ive had them and they were so wrong for my feet.
Reply:your feet are very similar to mine,

and i wear Russians,

and i think they are amazing.

i get Russian grandes MH (not flex because they break to easily for me),

but there are alot of other shank hardness-es that are available,

and you can get soft flex to help you get over your box and make your feet stronger
Reply:I would suggest not ordering your shoes from a catalog or online. If you do, you should read the descriptions, and ask someone from a local dance store. Going to a professional is always helpful. they will know whats best for your foot. What's best for someone else may not be best for you. Hope this could help.
Reply:i don't really know but maybe european balance? if you haven't had luck yet I would just go to the the store near you with the most shoes until you find a style you love then start going on line (discountdance.com is best)
Reply:ask ur dance teacher they will definately kno bcuz they will b teaching u or go to a dance store that ur dance skool recomends ask a salesperson they shud kno
Reply:gaynor miden or i hav sufffolk solos
Reply:wow we have almost the same feet! except for well the arch...
