I'd be thrilled. Then I'd give them the bedpan of stale placenta I'd wrapped up for them.

I'd say "Well at least you made an effort and it's a change from socks anyway..."

not really, Im not THAT shallow, I would ask him why, and then take back the super cool expensive gift I purchased for him
