What kind of things do you keep?

Do you have a shoe box where you keep your old stuff in?
I have pictures of my babies, my very first drivers' license, a clipping and picture from my daughter's first haircut (who keeps hair??!!!), a shell necklace my grandmother made for me when I was small, a letter from Uncle George (he was 86 when he wrote it), a 1898 and a 1916 silver dollar (also from Uncle George), my award certificates from grade school, a copy of the key to my first car, and a few other things..





gosh, didn't realize I was so sentimental and attached to the past! :-) bbjo.

Reply:I recently made a pilgrimage to IKEA and my room has become a pretty-boxes-haven. In a particular box, I keep old tin boxes full of my old birthday cards, letters and notes from old friends, old photos and Polaroid shots of friends and me and there's a couple of my old written diaries! I blog now, so all these hard copies of special items will always be with me ;)
Reply:yup so do i...b-day cards...school pics and just random notes and stuff from friends and family...just pieces of tat reall what some normal person would have thrown away...but im not normal.lol.x.
