Is it because I have the wrong shoes because i wear regular ecko sneakers on the ring and my feet kills me..
Why does my feet hurt when im jogging in the boxing ring?
why and how are you jogging in a boxing ring?
Not sure what ecko sneakers are like but I use sambas (made by adidas) they are great shoes for boxing
Reply:shoes can help or hurt. so try to get either boxing shoes, or i really like the feel of probably the last 4 Iverson shoe styles. They are very comfortable to run in, i box a lot too, and i like these almost as much as boxing shoes themself!
