They make great places to keep photos you haven't had the time to organize.


Science projects for the kids. Critter holders when Timmy wants the frog from the neighbors yard, or the lizard he can't live without.


Barbie beds when you don't want to spend a fortune buying the real thing.


Also a place to store your secret treasures from the families eyes.





These are the reasons I keep them.......

Reply:For dress shoes, yes. I keep them in the boxes on the shelf at the top of the closet. For athletic shoes, no. I put them on the floor of the closet.
Reply:I keep some of them.I don't have space for them all.If I have a pair that I think will be scratched easily or that I know I won't wear a lot, I keep the box.

Reply:No I do not, and neither does my wife, who I just asked. She is the shoe fanatic in my family.
Reply:Yes, because they are great for putting stuff in that you want to keep. Sometises I recycle them and use them for a gift box after I decorate them.
Reply:Yeah. When I have enough I glue them all together and spray paint them with sparkle or speckled paint. I sell the 'cubby hole cabinets' at my yearly garage sale.





You would be amazed at how much people are willing to pay for these stupid things!

I bought the darn shoes and by the time i find them i have out grown them lol
Reply:I don't but a friend of mine used show boxes to file his payed bills and tax papers and stuff.
Reply:Sometimes depending if its cute lol or just some times i save them for projects!! :)
